Women are recommended to drink 12 cups of water a day on average. And it doesn’t hurt to drink just a little bit more! We drink warm lemon water in the winter just to keep my hydration levels up and it works.

It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month! October 2020. Let's get rid of breast cancer!

6 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I felt this weird hard lump deep in my left breast, and was like this doesn't feel good. I was scared. No I was petrified. Could this be BC? But I compelled myself to get a mammogram ASAP. I'm 42 years old. Super healthy and I breast feed by baby for two years straight which is supposed to make getting BC much lower and get this... I have no family history of breast cancer at all. 2 weeks ago, I underwent a left breast mastectomy to get rid of my cancer. Early screening is essential. Had I had a mammogram when I turned 40, I probably wouldn't have had to undergo what I went through.
